Buttercups Tea Party 3 years and under 2 hrs duration £150 for the first 15 children 1 parent free with each child under 4yo	A flexible party to suit all your family and friends. Held in an area of the Farm that offers exclusive use of its own outside play area, this party is designed to leave you in control! With the help of our Party Leader, your time at the Farm can be tailored to suit you. Feed the ducks, visit the animals or play in the Play Barn before having your party tea in your own special room.
Manor Farm Party 4 years + 2 hrs duration  £150 for the first 12 children	Guided by our Leaders, the fun begins! You can spend time with the animals in the Chat Room, or ride a donkey, maybe even hold an owl before feeding the ducks. Take a journey with Ernie and let your imagination run wild at the Fort Adventure Play Area. Time flies and it’s back to the Pirate’s Ship to rule the seas! Explore the Castle, creepy and dark, or win that big race as you speed on the pedal carts. The party tea is held in an area reserved especially for you and your guests.
TEDDY’S TEA PARTY Summer & Winter Adventures 3 years + 2 hours duration. £175.00 for the first 12 children	‘If you go down to the Woods today’… share the day with your favourite Teddy. Dress as a Pirate, Princess or, maybe, Robin Hood! Take part in fun-packed games for children (and Teddies) before enjoying a party tea with a difference.
WOODLAND EXPLORERS 6 years + 3hrs duration £250 for the first 12 children 11:00am party only	The party for the adventurous! Hike through the woods finding suitable materials to make your Base Camp. Then the adventure begins… Discover and overcome the Manor Farm Challenges before joining in team games to test your skills. Then enjoy your party tea cooked on the log fire and finish the day toasting marshmallows.
WOODLAND DENS 6 years + 2hrs duration £175 for the first 12 children	Hi Ho! Hi Ho! It’s through the woods we go… Take your friends on a search for materials to help you build your shelter, then let the fun begin!Exciting activities and games that will ensure you work up an appetite before your party tea.
WISE OWL PARTY  6 years + 2 hrs duration £175 for the first 12 children	Every wizard’s choice of companion! Come and meet owls from around the world and join in fun activities alongside these lovely birds. Hear about their habits and how they hunt before meeting some of our residents who love to be held. Join in craft activities and create your favourite owl before having a special tea. Everyone receives a Certificate to remember the day by.
	Additinal children on any party are charged at £11.00 each. Extra animal activities can be added for an additional cost. In extreme weather conditions, children’s waterproof suits & boots can be provided for our Woodland & Teddy Parties. 1 parent free with each child 3yrs old and under
